We have made significant investments in developing a proven product. We can bring this product to market without outside investments. However, market and consumer demands indicate the time is right to rapidly increase the rate at which we can offer the exciting new products to be released in the next few years. It takes resources to continue to advance our germplasm base, increase seedstock, educate growers, and update infrastructure. My upscaling more quickly, we will be in a position to meet this growing demand.

We are seeking more of a complimentary strategic partner rather than an investor. Our partner must value the advances and our proprietary strategies in order to support one another in our long-term objectives. We have something unique and novel to offer. A partnership with a complimentary market could be mutually beneficial. We are most interested in partners who will support continued development and our rural Iowa foundation.

We are in a unique position as we have been in business for nearly 25 years, but this is our first-time raising capital. We are well past the seed phase and seeking Class A investments with a return within 5 years.
